Refunds
You see your score, every issue by type and your worst pages in full before you pay anything, so you should know what you are buying. If the pack still does not deliver it, we refund. Last updated [DATE].
We refund, no argument, if
- The fix pack failed to generate, or the download never worked.
- The pack is empty, corrupt, or does not open.
- The corrected files are broken — malformed HTML, or changes that do not match what the audit reported.
- You were charged twice for the same site.
- The written copy is plainly wrong about your business, in a way you could not reasonably be expected to accept.
Email hello@audittag.com with the address you audited. We do not require you to explain yourself at length, and we do not ask you to prove anything.
We will probably say no if
- The pack was correct and you deployed it, then changed your mind.
- Your rankings did not improve. We do not promise that, and we say so in the terms.
- You bought a pack for the wrong website but deployed it anyway.
If it is a close call, we would rather refund you than argue about £39.
Your legal right to cancel
A fix pack is digital content delivered immediately. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you normally have 14 days to cancel a distance purchase — but that right is lost for digital content once download begins, provided you agreed to that at checkout. You do agree to it at checkout, and this is where we tell you plainly rather than burying it.
This does not affect your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 if the pack is faulty, not as described, or not of satisfactory quality. Those rights are the ones the first section of this page is really about, and we honour them.
How long it takes
We process refunds within 5 working days of agreeing one. The money goes back to the card you paid with, through Stripe, and typically appears within a further 5 to 10 working days depending on your bank.
