Cancel Guardrails
You can cancel Guardrails at any time. You are never locked in, and you do not need to give a reason.
Cancel in Stripe
Sign in with the email you paid with, then choose cancel. You keep monitoring until the end of the month you have paid for, and you are not charged again.

If your Stripe receipt shows a manage subscription link, you can sign in there with the email you paid with and choose cancel. Cancelling takes effect at the end of the month you have already paid for. If you do not see that link, use the email route below, which always works.
Cancel by email
Email hello@audittag.com from the address you paid with and say you want to cancel. I cancel it in Stripe the same working day. I reply the same working day, Monday to Friday, UK time. Weekends wait until Monday.
What happens next
- Monitoring runs to the end of the month you have paid for. You will not be charged again.
- When the subscription ends I delete what I hold about your sites. That is the site record, the last snapshot of the tags I saw, the run log, any dataLayer capture you sent me, any email still waiting to be resent, and your post-deploy link. Your Slack or webhook address is part of the site record, so it goes too.
- The terms promise this within 30 days of the subscription ending. Ask me and I will do it sooner.
- If you cancel within 14 days of your first payment because Guardrails was not useful to you, I refund that payment in full. The rest of the refund rules are on the refunds page.
